Roaring Knight Simulator is a fan-made Deltarune battle simulator centered on an encounter with the Roaring Knight. Instead of recreating an entire chapter with exploration, towns, puzzles, and dialogue scenes, the game concentrates on the combat itself. The player can interact with both the Roaring Knight’s attack system and the Fun Gang’s side of the fight, making it possible to experiment with the encounter rather than simply follow a fixed story sequence. There is no separate narrative campaign, character progression system, or large explorable world.

Controlling the Battle

The Roaring Knight has a dedicated set of attacks assigned to number keys, with six different attack inputs available. Additional commands separate normal, hard, and extreme attacks, allowing the encounter to be changed according to the type of challenge the player wants to create. The Knight’s turn can also be ended manually, after which control returns to the other side of the battle.

Main Controls and Actions

The simulator uses different controls for the Knight and the Fun Gang:

·         number keys 1–6 activate the Roaring Knight’s attacks;

·         Q selects normal attacks;

·         W activates harder attacks;

·         E is used for extreme attacks;

·         R ends the Roaring Knight’s turn;

·         arrow keys move the Fun Gang;

·         Z is used to select or confirm;

·         X goes back or cancels a selection.

This setup makes the game closer to a combat-testing tool than a conventional RPG adventure.

There are no traditional numbered levels. The main progression comes from repeating the encounter, experimenting with different attack patterns, and learning how the Fun Gang can move through each sequence safely. Because attacks can be selected directly, players can practice specific situations instead of progressing through unrelated areas before reaching the boss again.

Practicing the Roaring Knight Fight

Success depends mainly on recognizing attack patterns and reacting with accurate movement. The Fun Gang must avoid incoming hazards while using the available battle commands, while controlling the Knight provides a different way to test how attacks work. Repeated attempts help the player learn timing, safe positions, and the differences between normal, hard, and extreme attack options. Roaring Knight Simulator therefore focuses entirely on reproducing and experimenting with a Deltarune-style boss encounter rather than providing a separate campaign or long-term progression system.
