Certain premium decisions require gems and may provide exclusive outfits, romantic scenes, or alternative options.

The library combines officially produced stories with user-created content. Community authors can create their own characters, dialogue, branching choices, backgrounds, animations, and story structure through Episode’s writing tools. This results in a large variety of formats, from straightforward romance stories to mysteries, fantasy adventures, school dramas, and more experimental interactive narratives.

There are no combat statistics, equipment systems, or skill trees that carry across the entire app. Progress is connected to finishing chapters, starting new stories, and making different decisions when replaying a narrative. Some stories encourage multiple playthroughs because alternative choices can lead to different relationships or endings.
