GTA Vice City Browser follows Tommy Vercetti after he arrives in Vice City to complete a deal for the Forelli crime family. The transaction is ambushed, leaving Tommy without the money or merchandise he was supposed to protect. He is then forced to investigate what happened and recover the losses. This search becomes the starting point for a much larger criminal story in which Tommy meets local gang leaders, businessmen, smugglers, and other figures who gradually pull him deeper into the city’s underworld.

Missions Build Tommy’s Reputation

The early part of the game is based on working for different contacts. Tommy completes jobs involving driving, shooting, protection, theft, and attacks on rival groups. These missions open more of the city and introduce new characters, while also giving Tommy more influence. As the story continues, he becomes less dependent on employers and begins creating his own criminal operation.

Properties Change the Way Progress Works

The game does not use traditional numbered levels. Instead, progress comes from completing missions, unlocking districts, buying properties, and finishing business-related tasks. Some purchased locations provide their own missions and later generate income.

Players can:

·         complete main story missions

·         steal and drive cars or motorcycles

·         use boats and helicopters

·         buy businesses and properties

·         collect hidden packages

·         take part in races and vehicle challenges

·         escape police pursuits

The open world remains available between missions, so the player can explore Vice City freely before continuing the main plot.

Tommy Builds His Own Empire

A major turning point comes when Tommy discovers that Ricardo Diaz was involved in the failed deal that started the story. After dealing with Diaz, Tommy takes control of his mansion and begins expanding his own organization. This puts him in direct conflict with Sonny Forelli, who still expects Tommy to work under the Forelli family.

The final part of GTA Vice City Browser focuses on Tommy defending what he has built. By this point, he has moved from carrying out jobs for other people to controlling businesses and criminal operations across the city. The game combines this rise to power with open-world exploration, allowing players to alternate between story missions, property management, driving, combat, and optional activities throughout Vice City.
